Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cashew – 7-8 tbsp
Black pepper – 5-6
Cardamom – 3
Cloves – 3
Bay leaf – 1
salt – as per taste

How to make Egg Makhani

To make egg butter, first of all we will take eggs. After boiling them, take them out in a utensil and peel them. Now put butter in a pan and heat it. When the eggs turn brown, take them out in a clean vessel. After this, put onion, tomato and cashew nuts in the remaining oil in the pan and fry till they turn brown. Now fry whole spices- cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and bay leaf in this mixture. Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for about a minute. After this, add onion-tomato-cashew paste.
